All clients are educated and supported in their journey toward leading a healthier and longer life. Suzie brings a focus in teaching yoga and fitness to improve your overall musculoskeletal system and calm the nervous system whilst infusing mindfulness into her teachings.
Where required, an initial consultation provides information on your postural analysis, past and current injuries and illness to provide guidance in designing a practice or program that’s right for you. You will be offered the tools to guide you towards making the right dietary and nutritional choices, stress management techniques and the mindfulness based practices to assist in keeping you moving towards your goal. Real, long lasting change does not come overnight but rest assured you will have the support here.
