Personal training services are available in Tamborine Mountain through to Greenbank area or we may also be able to come to you. We aim to help you achieve your fitness and health goals providing exercise programs that are designed for you personally based on your posture, current health, lifestyle and level of fitness. We understand that EVERY BODY is different so therefore we approach your training with a personalised approach where 100% focus is on you. Each session is about guiding you towards feeling healthier, happier and motivated to stay on track to reach your goal.
As your fitness professional I will help you reach your goals, no matter what they are – increase strength and endurance, improve functional fitness, assist with weight loss and dietary guidance, reduce blood pressure, improve cardiovascular health, improve mobility and flexibility, provide strategies to reduce stress, anxiety and depression, improve sleep, increase energy, reduce musculoskeletal pain through postural realignment or improve your overall well-being.
We offer competitive rates and packages to suit many budgets. You can even share your personal training sessions to reduce overall cost between up to 3 people for small group sessions.

It is compulsory to complete stage 1 of the adult pre-screening form prior to undertaking any physical activity or exercise. You must obtain and produce to your trainer a medical clearance if this is indicated in stage 1 of the adult pre-screening form.
